Fulham’s best foot forward for local residents
Sands End Arts & Community is delighted that one of our volunteers has won a Hammersmith & Fulham Youth Achievement Award.
Huge congratulations to Camille Holder who won in the Young Volunteer category at a ceremony held on 24 March 2023.
Organised by the Youth Council and Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation, with support from local businesses and organisations, the entries were open to 11-25 year olds who work or study in the borough.
Camille says:”I am very happy to have won the Young Volunteer Award. It means a great deal to me, my family and friends. I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to volunteer at Sands End Arts & Community Centre and to contribute to the work that they do. They have made me feel so welcome and I know that they appreciate and value me.”
Camille is photographed with duty manager Vannessa Lock, with flowers from the staff and trustees.
