Join us for a free 45-minute physical activity session aimed at improving aerobic capacity, muscle strength, balance and coordination. This session is available to adults 18yrs+ and is suitable for all abilities. You are encouraged to stay for a tea/coffee following the session.

Launched in November 2024, TNG’s Art Studio—based at the Creighton Centre in Hammersmith and Fulham—is a vibrant, inclusive space supporting artists with a learning disability. This curated exhibition features a diverse range of artworks developed in our studio, where artists are encouraged to experiment, express themselves, and grow creatively.

This series of six sculpting workshops with Sophia Daly Rossin focuses on the process of working with clay—not producing a finished piece. Through a mixture of exercises and games, we’ll explore different ways to make, think, and play. Along the way, you’ll improve your skills, creativity, well-being, and confidence.
Free for residents of Hammersmith & Fulham [use code: ResHF]
These workshops are open to all skill levels.
Due to limited spaces, booking in advance is essential.
All materials will be supplied
Each workshop is a self-contained session—you can join just one or as many as you like.

Discover Mindfulness Fun workshops at SEACC led by Bloom Child, where children engage in playful activities that promote focus, emotional well-being, connection and fun! Each workshop combines:
– Developmental Exercise
– Focus Games
– Elements of Drama & Improv
– Movement & Stretching
– Breath work & Imagination
All designed to stimulate, unwind, and release those feel-good, happy hormones! At the heart of our workshops is Mindfulness – the practice of being fully present in the moment. Our professional instructors are experts in finding moments of stillness, allowing children to discover valuable lessons within each activity.
In our expertly crafted Mindfulness Fun sessions, children don’t just have fun—they grow, learn, and thrive!
By engaging in fun and meaningful activities, children learn to:
