The Men’s Circle is a welcoming, confidential space for men to share the challenges they face in daily life. It is not a place to solve or fix each other, but rather to support, uplift, and understand. The intention is for everyone to share honestly and openly in a compassionate setting. It is an opportunity to support others by listening intently and understanding our similarities. This session is not a space where you are told how to feel or what you should be doing. It is not a place for problem-solving or fixing each other.
The Men’s Circle is a free 90 minute session provided by Hammersmith & Fulham
